We had an incredible time hiking the Inca Trail. It was an insane challenge and had insane rewards. The mountains were breathtaking. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. We had 12 other Americans in our group and it was really fun getting to know them all.
This map shows the steep incline to the peak (Dead Woman's Pass). I think it's aptly named...

The beautiful trail
It was really fun to be served dinner, instead of serving it. The food might have been a little higher quality than my norm.
I threw up the 2nd night. After that lovely ascent I keep referencing. And my sweet husband carried both of our bags.
