In mid April Craig had a Friday off work and so we let the kids skip a day of school and had a great time at Silver Falls State Park. We splurged with a cabin. The kids love camping. The next day we hiked over 4 miles and had fun going behind a lot of the waterfalls.

That looks like so much fun! I would love to go there sometime! The short, more last minute trips are often the best trips!
