Christmas Parade!!
Jen was trying to find a Santa that was close by for us to take the kids to go visit. She found this parade in a nearby town. The website said that decorated cars could drive around and see the Christmas lights, and then go back to a city building for cookies, hot cocoa and Santa. Having 6 kids between the 2 of us we threw some lights on the car and considered it decorated. We found the place and got in line to go see the lights. A couple of warning signs that we missed were when a lady assigned our car a number and the giant bag of candy held by the kids on the golf cart in front of us. We waited about 30 minutes and when we started going were very surprised to see people lined up along the streets. We thought we were seeing house lights but apparently we were in a parade of decorated cars. There was lots of candy thrown out by other people and we felt awesome in our minivan of kids with 1 strand of lights tied to the car rack. The best move we made was sneaking out of the parade a little early and getting a jump start on cookies, cocoa and Santa. All in all it was a pretty funny and fun night!

A Cinderella Christmas
Kylie was in her first play. She's been practicing since the beginning of the school year and they finally had their amazing performance. She was a fairy in training. She helped the Fairy godmother make Cinderella's dress, shoes and carriage appear. She was also a kid and got to throw snowballs into the audience and sing lots of songs.
She was very loved and supported. Grandma and Grandpa Christensen even flew in from Utah just to watch her performance!
Tis the season!
While Craig's parents were in town for Kylie's play we got out Christmas tree. Parker loves talking about it falling down and daddy and grandpa putting it on the car and points to it many times throughout the day "tree!"
Our kids LOVE ice skating. Brinley and Parker only lasted a little while but Kylie could have skated all night.

Kylie's 6!!!
She wanted Rarity, the My Little Pony for her cake.
Decorating bags for the Pinata candy. I can't believe we didn't take a picture of it. We paper mache d it ourselves and wrapped it in crepe paper. It turned out pretty cute!
Foxy Foxy, What Time Is It??
I only posted this many pictures of her opening presents to show the constant smile and full facial joy!!
Amazing Pegacorn (pegasus+unicorn) jacket that Jen sewed for her!! It's Twilight Sparkles, are you sensing a theme yet??
Fall 2012
Grandpa and Grandma took Kylie and Brinley to Disney Princess on Ice and then had a sleepover party. The girls were very excited and not let down. There was even real magic in the show!
The kids loved our pet slugs that would visit their pumpkins every night. Brinley told her teachers at school all about our new pet slugs! This is Kylie's cat pumpkin.
Kylie was a witch for our church party, Rapunzel for her school party and a Wolf on Halloween night. Brinley was Dorothy on Halloween, a princess for her school party and Rapunzel for the church party. Parker was a dog :)
