Sun

A beautiful sunrise. We still can't believe this is actually our backyard!!

Parker and Paige rocking their sunglasses at the dentist...

January

This girl crack me up. It's the middle of January and she must wear a swimming suit at all times. She says that she "likes to be cold".

I love how all the kids (and to dog) flock to anyone reading aloud!! We are really enjoying Grandma being retired :)

Nerds and intruders

Kylie and Craig had a fun daddy daughter nerd night for Activity Days...

The girls said "There's a cat on our porch!" then they said "There's a cat in our house!!" It's funny how that happens when you open the door to a cat on the porch. Scout was not a fan and bayed non stop. The cat ran upstairs and picked a spot in the window. It hissed and swiped but luckily no one got swatted. The girls knocked all over the neighborhood trying to find an owner, but to no avail. Craig put on his heavy work gloves and was able to get it out with few injuries. It took quite most of the morning and wore us all out!

Basketball Season

We've had a fun basketball season. We all went to the BYU vs University of Portland game.

These girls preformed at the halftime show for our High School's varsity team. They learned the routine with their dance team the week earlier on a no school Friday.

The also had the best fans around!

This girl is always ready to dance!

Lego Man

Parker continues to amaze us with his Lego capabilities. He long ago surpassed my skill level. His favorite thing to do is look up instructions online and make do with the pieces we have. He has amazing vision! He loves getting the Lego magazine and wanted me to take his picture with this creation to go in it. I took some and the next day he was asking when we could put his picture in. I thought he wanted me to submit it to Lego magazine. He just wanted to tape it in his current magazine. Perfect! We can definitely do that. He was so proud!!

MLK Hike

This was Craig's first year getting Martin Luther King Day was a holiday. Luckily it wasn't rainy so we drove downtown and had a great time hiking in Forest Park to the "Witches Castle".

Patterson Swim

The kids had a great time going swimming at an event for their old school. They loved seeing all of their friends. It was right during Craig and my soccer game so my parents were awesome to take all the kids for us.
