Kylie's Birthday

Kylie had an awesome birthday with only 22 friends! Since we moved she had friends from her old church and school, new church and school and our new neighborhood. Lucky girl! She thought that 9 seemed pretty old. We love how her dog bowl cake turned out and especially how easy it was to make!

Scout

We finally got to bring our puppy home  on Friday November 6th. He cried for the first part of the drive home but them slept for most of the rest.

As you can see, he's being very well loved!

Soccer awards

We celebrated Brinley's soccer season at Out of This World. They had a great time!

We celebrated Kylie's end of season at the school after her last game. It was cold, rainy, and their medals hadn't come yet. I didn't get any pictures but she had an awesome season and both girls progressed a lot!

Nature

Kylie found this newt right outside our door.

  

We also see herons fairly often in the neighbor's yard.

 Joanne and Bubs were in town for a couple days. My kids were very well behaved at Chevy's.

Halloween

We had a wonderful Halloween! The evening started rainy and cold. Parker and Paige were done within about 45 minutes. Papa took them back to his place and then the big girls and Craig and I  continued on with some friends. 

For trunk or treat Brinley was a rock-star. Parker, all on his own, came up with the idea to be Spiderman-Hulk and I think he rocked it.

After sorting through their stashes they all had fun making candy people.

Fuzzy Wuzzies

The girls favorite thing to do its collect all the caterpillars in our backyard. Lucky there have been tons lately!

Paige and I LOVED this ghost cake Elizabeth made! 

 It was delicious!!
