Brinley's Tooth :)

Brinley lost her first tooth and was beyond excited! She already lost the 4 quarters that the tooth fairy brought, but doesn't seem to care.

Parker drew this awesome monster...
Grandma Christensen made the girls Elsa capes (from the movie Frozen). Kylie really wanted to wear hers to church today, too bad her parents aren't that nice :)

 Parker makes a rad witch.

He's also a big fan of Frozen and has "freezing" powers in his wand. You get in trouble if you don't freeze when he shoots you. That also means no talking.

Sarah's been keeping me company lately. The kids LOVE her. The had a good game of pretty pretty princess. In this picture, Parker is a skeleton, superman, ballerina, princess.

Snowstorm!!

Last weekend we had a huge snow storm (for Portland standards). It's the most Portland snow that I can remember. I couldn't believe that it kept coming down, but we all enjoyed it. The kids were in heaven. I enjoyed it, other than all the on again off again snow gear bundling. It was really nice to be forced to stay home and relax as a family. It's so nice to not go anywhere for a while! School was cancelled on Friday and Monday and Craig worked pretty short days.

Our Cookie sheets and covered actually worked pretty well as sleds.
There's a good hill in our neighborhood!

Swimming

Thanksgiving 2013
More catching up. Remember when we all almost died over Christmas? I guess in all that mess I somehow missed blogging about our trip to Utah for Thanksgiving. In the words of Parker, "It, was, AWESOME!"

We went swimming...
