Aunt Kaylee's wedding

Craig's sister got married in July and we were so lucky to get to be there. 

 The kids had fun dancing at the wedding luncheon.

 Cannon welcomed Nick to the family and then Kylie sang "You are my Sunshine"

 Parker then stole the microphone and proved what a ham he really is. This kid was so happy "talking" in the microphone and being in charge.

 Kaylee made the dresses for the little nieces and skirts for the older girls.

 Craig's mom made Kaylee's wedding dress (and mine).

Scones

Parker had a great time making scones with Grandma...

Provo Canyon Cabin

The kids had a great time at our grandparents cabin in Provo canyon. The sandbox in the backyard was a big hit. Yes that'd be the sandbox right next to the fast river...

 They were much too busy playing to look, let alone pose for a picture...

Brinley's 4th Birthday

Brinley's July birthday once again landed her a party during vacation. We had a great time will almost all our family at a park in Lehi. Unfortunately, the sickness that'd been passed around the family throughout of vacation hit Brinley the night before her party. She was not feeling great but got a little better for her party.

  Once again she was too shy to blow out her candles or open presents in front of everyone.

 She didn't eat much cake but her main request was ice cream cones and she seemed to enjoy hers...

Thanks to all of family for being there and making it a special day for our Brinley Ann!!!

Our Crazy June

We've had a crazy couple of months around here. Craig and I bought a house in our neighborhood for a rental property. We remodeled the entire thing in just about 3 weeks. That's 2 coats of paint EVERYWHERE!! The vaulted ceilings were the worst. We pulled all the carpet out and put laminate in the entire lower level and had new carpet laid upstairs. Craig also re-tiled the kitchen counters and installed a new dishwasher. New blinds upstairs, so on and so forth...

I'm so in love with the results that I'm ready to put laminate and new carpet in our house. I'm sure it'd be much harder when you actually live in the home and there's furniture to move around and deal with. It was a miserable couple of weeks but we got renters in on Wednesday and then left 2 days later for Utah (for 3 weeks).
